Take Action for Mining Justice This May!
Global partners who live in communities affected by Canadian mining are asking us to do something to address the serious human rights violations they endure for defending their lives and livelihoods. The Canadian government has repeatedly failed (for more than 10 years!) to create any kind of real mechanism that would demand accountability for these abuses or remedy for those impacted. We need to send a clear message that talk is not enough - we need action for mining justice now!
